Eyster's Machine & Wire Products fabricated and manufactures a variety of wire baskets, specializing in custom wire baskets and stainless steel wire baskets for the industrial, commercial, medical and food services industries. Our wire baskets come in standard sizes as well as custom made to fit your needs whether they are washing, degreasing, material handling, or any other wire basket need. We also provide design and engineering services for specific applications.

Washing and Degreasing Wire Baskets

Our heavy duty Washing and Degreasing baskets are designed to be economical and very sturdy. We use flattened and expanded metal, perforated metal or wire mesh liners with various opening sizes. Wire Baskets are made of carbon steel or stainless as required. Standard sizes or custom made to fit your needs.

Heat Treat Wire Baskets

Our Heat Treat wire baskets are custom made to your specifications. Eyster's uses Type 309, Type 330 Stainless Steels, Inconnel alloys and other heat resistant metals. We offer repair services for existing wire baskets. Engineering services are available for specific applications.

Food Industry Wire Baskets

Eyster's is a leading manufacturer of stainless steel wire baskets for pasta cooking, food steaming, food handling, etc.

Wire baskets are electro polished or finished with most any finish that is required. We also manufacture fryer baskets in carbon steel with nickel finish or stainless steel with electro polished finish.

Material Handling Wire Baskets

Our Material Handling wire baskets are custom designed to fit your exact needs and engineered to hold your product securely to eliminate damage during transportation or storage.

We offer many standard size wire baskets with flattened expanded metal liners including:

• 18" x 18" x 4" Deep
• 12" x 18" x 6" Deep
• 12" x 24" x 6" Deep

Zinc or nickel plated carbon steel or 304 stainless steel, perforated metal or wire mesh liners are available.

Dipping and Plating Wire Baskets

Our round dipping and plating wire baskets can be produced in standard and custom sizes and manufactured in carbon steel, stainless steel and various other alloys. Polypropylene perforated baskets also available.

Standard sizes: 6" x 6", 8" x 8", 10" x 10", 10" x 12", 12" x 12", 16" x 16", 18" x 18", and 18" x 24".

Standard mesh options: 4 Mesh .080, 8 Mesh .063, and 16 Mesh .028.

Custom finishes also available upon request.

Perforated Baskets also available in all above sizes in 1/16, 3/32, 1/2, 3/16 gauge.

Ultrasonic Cleaning Wire Baskets

Eyster's produces wire baskets in a variety of standard sizes to fit most ultrasonic cleaners. We can custom design basket interiors to hold parts for proper cleaning and draining. Wire basket liners can be made of welded wire mesh, perforated metal, or expanded metal.

Laboratory / Medical Wire Baskets

Eyster's manufactures a variety of wire baskets for use in the medical field, hospitals and laboratories. All wire baskets are burr free to eliminate the possibility of lacerations from handling and all wire ends are melted to a spherical shape. All wire baskets are manufactured to customer's specifications and design services are available.

Finished wire baskets are electro polished, powder epoxy, polyester coating, vinyl coating, or Teflon coated as required.

Spin Dryer Wire Baskets

Eyster's produces a variety of centrifugal spin dryer baskets for some the nation's leading manufacturers including, New Holland, Nobles, Desco, and Autotech.

Our wire baskets are made of carbon steel, stainless steel, with other alloys available. Eyster's can also provide polypropylene baskets upon request. Standard sizes are: 6" x 6", 12" x 12", 18" x 18", 18" x 24", 24" x 24", and 24" x 30".

Mesh sizes include: 2 Mesh .080, 4 Mesh .080, 8 Mesh .063, 16 Mesh .028 -1/16, 3/32, 1/8, 3/16 and 1/4 perforated.

In addition, drop bottom baskets and easy dump baskets available in all sizes and types up to 1,000 pound capacity.
