Wire Products

• 3 Wafios BM4 CNC 3-dimensional wire benders 0.080” to 0.312” dia
• 1 Wafios BM6 CNC 3-dimensional wire bender 0.125” to 0.500” dia
• 5 Bliss 10 ton Punch Presses
• 3 Butt-welders up to 30 KVA
• 11 Resistance Welders up to 250 KVA
• 2 Wire Cut and Straightening machines
• Notchers, Nibblers, and other finishing equipment

Fabrication

• 7 Weld stations equipped for MIG and TIG
• 1 Robotic MIG station
• 1 Computer controlled hydraulic table bender capable of bending 1-1/2” rod
• 5 Wide belt grinders and wire wheels
• 3 Band saws
• 2 Press breaks with CNC back gauges
• 2 Shears up to ¼” over 10’ capacity
• 2 Horizontal cut off saws
• 2 Ironworkers up to 50 ton
• 2 Plasma cutting stations
• 1 Knuth ring rolling machine capable of rolling large structural shapes and tubing

Tube Bending

• 1 Wafios CNC tube bender can bend up to 2.375" .080 wall
• 1 Winton CNC tube bender 3/8” .035 wall to 1-1/4” .065 wall
• 1 Pines hydraulic tube bender 1-1/2” .080
• 2 End finishers for flaring, reducing, and expanding
• 3 Tubing cut off saws
• Various manual tube bending equipment

Contract Machining

• 1 Mazak CNC vertical mill with 20” X 20” X 40” envelope
• 2 Mazak CNC lathes can chuck up to 12” dia
• 6 Bridgeport vertical milling machines
• 1 Horizontal milling machine
• 3 Manual lathes can chuck up to 36” dia

Inspection

• 1 Faro inspection arm accurate to 0.002” over 6’
• 1 Optical comparator
• Various calipers, micrometers, height gauges, tread gauges and gauge blocks
