Wire Products

Eyster's wire products are manufactured to customer specifications and can vary from wire baskets to wire hooks. Our wire forms are produced on CNC Wire Benders and can run wire product diameters of .080 through .500 in carbon steel and up to .375 in stainless steel. The manual bending equipment can work with wire product diameters up to 1.25". Secondary operations on wire forms include stamping, staking, welding, plating or coating. In addition, Eyster's manufactures various assemblies of wire products, cominations of wire products, sheet metal and machined products including novelty items, displays and carriers.

Grills & Screens:

Wire grills and screens are manufactured using rod or bar frames with grid wire resistance welded to them. Products are manufactured in carbon steel or stainless steel and all edges and burrs are finished to remove sharp edges. Painting, plating, coating or electro polishing available as required.

Point of Purchase:

Point of Purchase displays are made to your requirements. Eyster's can design displays to hold your product or build to your drawings. Finished displays are powder coated, painted any color, or plated as requested.

Replacement Plating Barrels & Drums:

Eyster's can manufacture plating barrels and drums to your specifications with capacity up to 5000 lbs. We can build from sketches, drawings or existing samples and engineering services are available when required.

Wire Hooks:

Standard S Hooks and C Hooks in sizes from .080 dia wire up thru 1.25" dia wire, carbon steel, spring temper carbon steel, stainless steel and other alloys.

Plating/Painting Racks:
